Make A Difference At An Early Age
Cenla Chemical Dependency Council, Prevention Services is a prevention program designed for children between the ages of 6 – 17 years. We utilize the “LifeSkills Training” program for children in grades 3 – 9. The program is delivered in a school based setting. LifeSkills Training is designed to increase the child’s perception of the risks involved with the use of alcohol, tobacco and other drugs as well as increase social skills.
“Kid’s Don’t Gamble – Wanna Bet?” is a gambling prevention program. The program is provided to children in grades 3 – 8 in a school based setting.
